Built in the 18th century, L’Hurbe Castle has been a family property since 1921. Previously, it belonged to Countess Léonie de la Roque de Mons until her death in 1904. At the time there were 80 to 100 barrels of white wine per year and the property was awarded the Bronze Medal at the Paris World Wine Exhibition in 1879
